Designed specifically around avalanche tool access, the Vivid 27 was designed as a do-it-all pack for backcountry ski and splitboarding pursuits. Our avalanche tool and safety pocket uses and EYL luggage zipper from YKK, especially designed for durability and abrasion resistance – the first backcountry pack to employ this zipper. We preserved quick access to essential avalanche rescue tools and designed the pack around this feature.
